Recruiter/Technical Sourcer

Our client is seeking an entry level Recruiter to join their team in Herndon, VA. As a Recruiter, you will recruit and identify talent for roles tied to data centers and engineering support. Location: Herndon, VA (100% onsite)

Pay Range:$37-38/hr

What's the Job?

• Support hiring needs by conducting high volume sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for roles tied to data centers and engineering support.
• Conduct end-to-end recruiting activities including interviews, reference checks, and offer coordination.
• Make high-volume outbound outreach calls (50+ daily) to engage candidates and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Leads during recruitment process to ensure successful hand-off

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 6 months–2 years of recent experience in sourcing and recruiting 
• Preference for agency recruiting experience, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to make high volume calls (50+ daily) and stay consistent with outreach goals.
• Motivated, driven mindset with eagerness to grow and learn, including careful attention to resume details and candidate availability.
