Recruiter - Tax Associates
Contract to Hire (6 months)
Hybrid in Chicago (Loop)
Pay Rate | $45-50/hour
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring of Tax professionals for a Contract to Hire opportunity for our client in Chicago.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle proactive sourcing/recruiting for tax professionals (tax accountants, tax preparers, tax specialists/associates and tax auditors, etc.)
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and priorities
Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process
Maintain accurate documentation and activity within the applicant tracking system
Provide a high-touch, professional candidate experience from first contact through offer
Required skills and experience
5+ years of stable work experience in recruitment/sourcing/talent acquisition
Recent experience recruiting/sourcing for Tax professionals
Prior experience in Greenhouse ATS system
Experience recruiting for CPA firms, strongly preferred
Must be able to work hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite per week
