Recruiter - Talent Consultant

LOCATION: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)

Our recruiting practice works primarily within high-growth and essential industries, including oil & gas, construction, electrical and low voltage, accounting and finance, and other technical and professional sectors.

CONTEXT: PRC Resources is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Consultant who wants to learn the business of recruiting, build strong relationships, and become a trusted resource to both clients and candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source and recruit candidates across the United States using LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools.
• Interview candidates to understand their experience, career goals, compensation, and overall fit.
• Learn the industries and positions you recruit for so you can effectively evaluate and engage candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and executives.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Manage multiple searches and priorities while maintaining accurate information in our recruiting systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional presence and confidence interacting with executives and hiring managers
• Naturally curious and comfortable asking questions
• Willingness to pick up the phone, initiate conversations, and build relationships
• Organized, self-motivated, and accountable
• Comfortable learning new industries, positions, and terminology
• Competitive and motivated by results
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment

Recruiting experience is not required. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, account management, customer service, hospitality, HR, operations, or other relationship-driven roles may be a great fit.
