Description

Are you a passionate Recruiter ready to join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team? We are focused on attracting and hiring top talent to drive business success.

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Schedule: On-site, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $36-$40/hour, depending on experience

Duration: Contract through 10/31/2026 with possible extension based on business needs.

As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and partner with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional hiring experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment guidance.

• Develop sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.

• Manage recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through collaboration with hiring teams and HR support services.

• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives aligned with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, global, technology-focused, or matrixed environment preferred.

• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining professionalism and quality.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
