CFS is hiring a Staffing Manager in Oak Brook

This is a full-cycle recruiting role with a strong relationship management component. You'll source, recruit, interview, and represent accounting, finance, and HR professionals in your market while partnering closely with clients and our internal business development team to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional talent solutions. What You'll Do

• 
  
• Identify, recruit, interview, and engage accounting, finance, and HR professionals in your local market.
• 
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout their job search and career journey.
• 
  
• Consult with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• 
  
• Build and grow a network of professionals and referral sources.
• 
  
• Partner with internal business development and recruiting teams to drive successful placements.
• 
  
• Act as a trusted advisor, creating strong matches between talent and opportunity.

• Manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Ideal Background

• Experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, customer-facing, or relationship-based roles preferred.
