Hours & Work Schedule:
• Hours per week: 40 hours
• Work Schedule: M-F 8-5
Manager's call notes:
- Temp to Perm - they will be very selective and needs to be a good fit culturally
- 2 rounds of interviews - video
- Position is opening because they are growing and scaling business
- Talent Advisor / Talent Sourcer to help support financialadvisors - need to have this type of experience
- Someone who is skilled and has sourcing and relationship management with advisors
- Review Client licensing
- Avoid- recruiters and sourcers who can't explain what an advisordoes (branch managers, etc)
- Know what Client licensing is required, and push and promote our brand to markets
- Take on multiple locations (majority will be in northeast then midwest, south)
- Not a speed to marketgame
- Takes time to build rapport with advisors, need someone to do the outreach
- Work close with private wealth and private banking team
- You will not get 100s of applications for these, 90% of the time you fill through sourcing and headhunting
- Linkedin recruiter is main tool
Primary responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and contacting potential passive talent and key talent pools
• Accessing candidate interest level and qualifications
• Connecting candidates for a prospective interview with your assigned recruiting partner.
• Maintaining a close partnership with your assigned recruiter(s) in order to maintain a tight territory rotation across multiple assignments.
Required Skills/Experience:
• 5 years recruiting or sourcing experience, with experience sourcing for Client licensed financial advisors.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting passive candidates for hard to fill requisitions.
• Ability to maintain a high volume of outbound activity via phone and available sourcing tools.
• Requires a high-level of resourcefulness, persistence, and tolerance for rejection.
• Experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and methods (Internet Search tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Chrome Extensions, Social Media, Google etc.)
• Experience organizing, managing, and tracking candidate flow.
• Relentless "hunter” mentality with knowledge of the Wealth sales industry.
• Experience building and executing sourcing plans for a client groups.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated awareness of sourcing trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
• MS Office experience including Word, Excel, Outlook
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
• Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years equivalent work experience
• CIR and CDR preferred
