Summary:
Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. Additionally, performs exit interviews and processes changes in employee status. This position requires working under immediate supervision and typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

• Perform exit interviews and process employee status changes.

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related area.

 
Skills:

• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
• Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.00 - $35.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
