About the Role
Addison Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full-cycle hiring process and help attract top talent. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and screen candidates, and deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Develop and post job descriptions across job boards and internal systems
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders
Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
Extend offers and support negotiation and onboarding processes
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies
Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
Experience:
At least 2 years of recruiting experience, including government contracting and corporate roles.
Experience recruiting in compliance-driven organizations
Background in HR processes and employee life cycle
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
ATS experience required
Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools a plus (BI/Dashboards).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and digital).
Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Proactive problem-solver who can work both independently and collaboratively.
