Recruiter / Professional Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Independent recruiting of different profiles for our location in Romania
• Implementation and management of recruiting and active sourcing measures
• Coordination of employer branding measures with the local team and our central Employer Branding department in Germany
• Constant exchange and reporting to the central talent acquisition department
• Independently drafting, designing and implementing job advertisements, job descriptions and onboarding processes
• Advising hiring managers and conducting meetings to clarify job requirements
• Conducting digital and face-to-face job interviews
• Identification and selection of suitable candidates

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, business psychology or a similar qualification

• Professional experience in recruiting

• Confident use of applicant management systems

• Fluent Romanian and very good written and spoken English skills

• German is an advantage but not a requirement

• Strong communication and teamwork skills and a structured approach to work

• Proficient MS Office skills

Location: On-site, at our headquarters in Media, Sibiu County. This is a full-time, office-based position - remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.
