Job Title: Part-Time Recruiter
Schedule: Part-Time
Work Arrangement: Onsite during training, then remote
Position Overview
The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates for a variety of positions. This individual will partner with hiring managers, conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Source and attract qualified candidates using various recruiting channels
Review resumes and evaluates candidate qualifications
Conduct phone and virtual interviews
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
Assist with onboarding and hiring-related administrative tasks
Provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager support
Requirements
Associate's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in place of the degree requirement
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sufficient English proficiency to effectively understand and communicate both written and verbal information
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications is preferred
