    Description

    AVI Foodsystems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Warren, OH. This on-site role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
    • Establish positive working relationships with hiring managers to ensure an effective and efficient partnership
    • Source candidates using online platforms, job boards, referrals, and networking events
    • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring teams
    • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
    • Attend job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other networking opportunities as needed
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
    • Stay up to date on recruiting trends, industry news, and competitive hiring practices
    • Take a proactive and passionate approach to all duties assigned
    • Team members may be required to perform other job duties or meet other requirements as needed

    Requirements:

    • 1-3 years of recruiting experience, high volume preferred
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
    • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruiting
    • Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
    • Ability to maintain a positive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be able to report to the office daily
    • Availability to travel as deemed necessary based on business needs
