Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with job boards and ATS platforms preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
