Responsibilities
- Proactively source, recruit, and screen candidates for multiple open positions using job boards, networking, referrals, and digital resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including resume review, candidate interviews, and offer facilitation
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and generate analytical reports using recruitment systems
- Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and provide consultative support on staffing strategies
- Attend virtual job fairs and identify creative sourcing channels to attract top talent
- Stay current on industry trends and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Foster strong relationships with internal clients and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated maturity in handling sensitive information and making sound recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
