Recruiter

The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, identifying and attracting top talent for a specific discipline. The role is a specialist one, and will be sat within a team, working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Client Details

This role is internal with Michael Page in NYC. Founded in 1976 in London, Michael Page is a household name when it comes to agency recruitment. Fast forward to today, and we have multiple offices in the US, with NYC serving as the North American HQ. This is a recruitment role (no sales/BD required) and we are looking for a sharp, motivated recruiter to join the team. 3 days/week in office in midtown west required.

Description

• Source, attract, and screen candidates using internal database, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and experience
• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines
• Provide guidance to candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress to stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Profile

A successful Recruiter should have:

• Experience in a recruitment role in a corporate setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
