Responsibilities of the Recruiter

• 
  
• The Recruiter will source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
• 
  
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for open positions
• 
  
• Manage the recruiting process from sourcing and screening candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding
• 
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate the interview process
• 
  
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide a positive experience throughout the recruiting and hiring process
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications of the Recruiter

• 
  
• Experience using recruiting and sourcing tools
• 
  
• Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing or human resources experience
• 
  

Salary: $50,000-60,000
