Qualifications:
Previous recruiting or human resources experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and online job boards is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Post job openings across multiple platforms.
Schedule interviews and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruitment records.
Develop relationships with community organizations, schools, and professional networks to attract top talent accross US and overseas.
