Growing engineering/manufacturing company has an immediate opening for a Recruiter. ~6-month contract position, start ASAP!
Duties:
Manage full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of roles – including engineering, manufacturing, and production
Write and post job summaries to various sites
Source, screen, and schedule/coordinate interviews for candidates
Participate in offer negotiations and guide the hiring manager throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment / talent acquisition experience
Strong recruiting experience with a manufacturing or machining company
Strong sourcing skills – ability to use job sites, networking, referrals, etc.
Experience managing multiple searches at a time
Experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt employees
