Description

Our client, a leading organization in the non-profit industry sector, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the hiring process for various roles. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build relationships, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay Range: $33.97/hr. 

Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify and implement effective recruiting strategies
  • Screen applications and administer pre-screening processes to select qualified candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, preparing relevant questions and materials
  • Manage online and in-person interview scheduling processes
  • Extend employment offers and negotiate terms with candidates

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of recruiting experience with knowledge of general principles of recruiting
  • Experience with ATS systems and online recruitment tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and legislation
