DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle across multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, attract top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about connecting great people with meaningful career opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and onboarding candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and hiring timelines.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and recruiting metrics.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers and assist with pre-employment onboarding activities.
  • Attend career fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives to promote employment opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company hiring practices.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of corporate and professional positions.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Professional, customer-focused approach with both candidates and hiring managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience recruiting in a nonprofit, healthcare, human services, or mission-driven organization.
  • Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and recruiting best practices.
