COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $35–$38/hour

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Temporary contract position

• One recruiter needed for each location

ROLE IMPACT

Make an immediate impact by helping the HR team move critical hiring needs forward, with a primary focus on recruiting bus drivers. This role will take ownership of active recruiting priorities and support onboarding to accelerate hiring, keep candidates moving, and fill essential openings quickly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for bus drivers and other assigned openings.

• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain candidate and recruiting information using Kronos/UKG systems.

• Partner with HR and hiring teams to manage open requisitions and staffing priorities.

• Support new-hire onboarding activities and documentation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years' recruiting experience within public transportation or government/public sector environments.

• Hands-on experience with Kronos/UKG workforce management or HR systems required.

• Experience managing recruiting workflows, candidate screening, and hiring coordination.

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Kronos/UKG required

• Applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms

• HR onboarding systems and processes

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Previous experience supporting new-hire onboarding.

• Experience recruiting bus drivers or other transportation professionals.

• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced HR environment.
