Job Description:
Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and launch requisitions.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for Hardware Engineering and related technical roles.
  • Source, assess, and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment with leaders up to the director level.
  • Drive offer negotiations and manage the offer extension process.
  • Develop and execute long-term talent attraction strategies, including initiatives focused on diverse talent pipelines.
  • Track recruiting metrics, labor market trends, and compensation benchmarks to inform hiring decisions.
  • Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technology-driven environment.
  • 1+ year of experience recruiting for hardware engineering or related technical disciplines.
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems; Lever experience is a plus.
  • Strong offer negotiation and candidate closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Understanding of automotive hardware systems, including body structures, drivetrain systems, gearboxes, and Body-in-White (BIW).
  • Basic familiarity with electric vehicle technologies and terminology, including ADAS, CAN, AUTOSAR, and Battery Management Systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Established professional network within the electric vehicle or automotive industry.
  • Experience building and executing diversity recruiting strategies.
  • Strong passive candidate sourcing and pipeline development experience.
  • Familiarity with immigration-related hiring processes.
  • Experience supporting recruitment efforts during periods of rapid organizational growth.
