Our team of 40+ agents operates across Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Northern California. We're scaling fast and we need a recruiter who can keep up.
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and resourceful Recruiter to join our growing team in Irvine. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process for our sales organization, with a primary focus on identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-performing real estate agents (1099 independent contractors). This is a proactive, outreach-first role: you will not simply manage inbound applications. You will be expected to actively source, pipeline, and build lasting relationships with top agent talent across the market.

Requirements
What You'll Do
Proactively source and engage real estate agent talent
Hit quarterly hiring targets (10+ agents per quarter)
Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate fit
Coordinate interviews and keep candidates engaged throughout the process
Manage requisitions and candidate tracking in ATS with accuracy and timely updates
Provide data driven candidate reports
Reduce time-to-fill for agent roles to under 30 days
Report to the Operations Manager weekly on pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing channel performance.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experience recruiting commission-only or 1099 independent contractors in real estate, insurance, or similar sales environments
Experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred)
Familiarity with Indeed Smart Sourcing or similar sourcing tools
Strong outbound sourcing and relationship-building skills
Organized, proactive, and strong with follow-through
Able to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
$75,000–$90,000 base salary (performance bonuses available)
