Recruiter II

As a member of the Clinical Recruiting team you will partner with our clinical leaders to hire providers who deliver exceptional care to our patients both in-office and virtually across the nation. 2. Recruiting experience – exec, specialty, other high level candidate recruiting prospects.

Pay rate range - $45/hr. to $50/hr.
Fully Onsite

Must Have 
1. Greenhouse ATS
2. Recruiting experience – exec, specialty, other high level candidate recruiting prospects
3. full lifecycle executive recruiting including independently closing candidates

Nice to have
1. Healthcare recruiting experience
2. strong organizational
3. admin skills

Years of experience - 3-5 years + sourcing experience

Workflow 
1-2 hires a month, low volume but high attention to detail
Managing reqs from when they’re created to potentially closing steps, sourcing heavy

Key Project
