Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruiting for high-volume manufacturing roles
Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates
Partner directly with plant leadership and hiring managers
Maintain recruiting activity and hiring metrics
Deliver a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced environment
Ideal Background:
? High-volume recruiting experience
? Manufacturing or light industrial staffing experience preferred
? Strong organizational and communication skills
? Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple priorities
