Position Overview
The Recruiter I plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across assigned business units. This position supports full-cycle recruitment activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience, adherence to compliance standards, and alignment with company-wide recruiting strategies. Operating within a decentralized HR structure, the Recruiter partners closely with local HR teams, hiring managers, and the enterprise Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective, efficient, and consistent recruitment practices that support business growth and workforce planning. The Recruiter I position will begin as a 12 month assignment, at which time possible extension or full-time opportunities will be further discussed. #LI-KD1 #LI-Onsite
Responsibilities
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 1+ years of experience in a recruiting, staffing, or HR support role; corporate or agency experience a plus. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite. Basic understanding of employment law and recruiting compliance. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in candidate and stakeholder interactions. Bilingual language skills preferred but not required Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally for recruitment events
Travel Requirements
travel may be required, up to 10%, primarily for occasional off-site networking, career fairs, training sessions, or
company events. Travel, when necessary, will be communicated in advance and aligned with business
needs.
