What You'll DoProven experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare field.Generate up-to-date job postings for internal and external posting boards.Develop and execute recruitment sourcing strategy to ensure a constant flow of high-quality leads.Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.Coordinate with area Administrators for recruitment actions to meet staffing goals for each office. Provides support to Administrators for interviewing, job fairs, open houses, and recruiting events.
