Responsibilities:

You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and act as a partner to hiring leaders along the way. That includes leading intake conversations, building sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding offers through close.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Run intake meetings to align on role expectations, timelines, and candidate profiles

  • Create and post job ads that reflect both the role and the current market

  • Proactively source candidates using tools like LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pipelines

  • Keep the hiring process moving, scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and driving decisions

  • Maintain accurate ATS activity, candidate notes, and compliance documentation
  • Support a more structured, consistent interview process to improve hiring outcome

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience screening and interviewing candidates across phone, virtual, and in-person formats

  • A track record of partnering effectively with hiring leaders and keeping searches on track

  • Strong organization skills and experience managing activity in an ATS
  • Familiarity with hiring policies and compliance requirements
