    Recruiter – Hamilton Connections

    Our Fairfield office is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. 

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Manage the full recruitment process from job requisition and candidate sourcing through screening, interviewing, placement, onboarding and follow-up. 

    • Research and identify qualified candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, networking and other recruiting resources. 

    • Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, availability, compensation expectations and overall fit for client requirements. 

    • Manage multiple job openings simultaneously across temporary, temp-to-hire and direct-hire staffing models while meeting client hiring needs and recruiting deadlines. 

    • Work closely with clients, HR teams and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, coordinate interviews, provide qualified candidates and support successful placements. 

    • Coordinate job offers, start dates, pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities while maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. 

    • Coordinate background checks, drug testing, employment verification and other client-specific pre-employment and compliance requirements. 

    • Maintain accurate candidate records, job orders, submissions, interview activity, placement information and required documentation in ATS and client systems. 

    • Recruit for a wide range of positions including manufacturing, quality control, skilled trades, warehouse, logistics, engineering, technical and professional roles. 

    • Collaborate with other Hamilton Connections offices to support client staffing needs and recruit qualified candidates across Connecticut and surrounding markets. 

    • Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients while building and maintaining strong professional relationships. 

    • Perform additional recruiting, administrative and account support responsibilities as required. 


    Qualifications and Skills 

    • Bachelor's degree preferred. 

    • Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus. 

    • Prior Full Cycle recruiting or staffing experience. 

    • Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment skills. 

    • Excellent customer service, communication and relationship-building skills. 

    • Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

    • Strong computer skills and proficiency with ATS, Microsoft Office and online recruiting platforms. 

    • Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools preferred. 

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

    • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. 

    • Reliable transportation required. 


    Job Type: Full-time 

    Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year, plus commission and bonus 

    Location: Fairfield, Connecticut 

    Schedule

    • Monday to Friday 

    • 8-hour shift 

    • Day shift 

    • No nights 

    • No weekends
