Contract Healthcare Recruiter Opportunity

Our Client, a home health care company in Dallas has a need to hire a Health Care Recruiter to assist with a high volume of openings throughout the US.  The position will be considered long term contract now but could turn into a full-time role in the future for the right person/fit and based upon performance.  The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 2-10 years of experience - high volume recruiting in the healthcare space, preferably in the home health space
• MUST have experience in "relationship/strategy" recruiting - ability to build and maintain pipelines, strategize with managers for current and future needs, able to think "outside the box" when it comes to challenging geographical areas
• Multi state recruiting required
• Must be able to develop pipelines, conduct market research, articulate challenges with leaders but come with solutions for those hard to fill geo areas
• Can be located outside of TX but no CA or NY
• iCIMS experience is a plus but must have ATS experience
• Degree - Not required
• 0-5% travel
• Pay Rate: $32/hr - $34/hr
• Work Flexibility - remote but would prefer a hybrid schedule if you reside in the Dallas proper area
