We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to help identify, attract, and hire top-performing sales professionals as we continue to scale our organization.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting efforts focused primarily on hiring Investor Advisors and other sales-driven professionals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing, building relationships, conducting interviews, and helping organizations grow through exceptional talent acquisition.
The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who is comfortable making outbound calls, building candidate pipelines, managing multiple openings simultaneously, and operating in a performance-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Recruit primarily for Investor Advisor and other revenue-generating sales positions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, social media, and other recruiting channels
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruiting priorities and hiring goals
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate records, and hiring updates within ATS and CRM systems
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Consistently meet hiring goals and recruiting performance metrics
