Senior Recruiter – Construction/ Project Management

This role recruits for a wide range of positions across the company, including:

• Construction and Field Personnel, Project Managers and Project Coordinators, Administrative and Operations Roles

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive construction professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, internal referrals, and current ATS database.
• Build pipelines for niche skilled-trades positions and management-level construction roles.
• Coordinate interviews, provide guidance to hiring managers, facilitate interview feedback, and drive timely hiring decisions.
• Provide an A+ candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated ownership of the recruiting process.
• Proven experience in outbound recruitment, sourcing and passive candidate engagement
• Experience using LinkedIn and other social recruiting platforms.
• Previous recruitment experience within construction, skilled trades, or related industries preferred .
