Coordinate high-volume interviews across multiple calendars and time zones. Manage last-minute scheduling changes with speed and accuracy. Communicate with candidates, agencies, recruiters, interviewers, and business leaders. Greet candidates onsite and manage day-of interview logistics. Support lateral and campus recruiting, including intern hiring. Coordinate candidate travel and assist with recruiting events. Process recruiting expenses and agency invoices. Provide administrative support across approximately 9-13 active lateral searches.

Bachelor's degree required. Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruiting Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Team Assistant. Strong multi-calendar scheduling and coordination experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Polished, engaging, and confident professional presence. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Comfortable supporting demanding stakeholders in a fast-moving environment. Financial services, asset management, hedge fund, investment banking, or professional services experience strongly preferred. Genuinely interested in a coordination-focused role and comfortable with a temporary assignment.
