About the Role:
As a Distribution Center Recruiter, you will be responsible for the execution of assigned Distribution Center requisitions. Execution activities will include screening resumes, conducting interviews with potential candidates, communicating with hiring managers and HR partners throughout the search process, and maintaining the applicant tracking system and reporting. Responsible for full management and execution of searches for all assigned positions in Distribution and Supply Chain, with the guidance of the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection support.
Conduct proactive candidate research and sourcing through job boards, professional networks, industry associations, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements to identify top talent.
Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate experience, skills, and overall fit for open roles.
Develop and execute effective search strategies for each requisition, including creating target talent lists and identifying appropriate sourcing resources.
Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain regular communication with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners, providing updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and hiring status.
Coordinate and manage candidate movement through all stages of the recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking and recruitment systems, including candidate profiles, search activities, and hiring documentation.
Build and maintain talent pipelines and networking resources to support current and future hiring needs.
Ensure electronic recruitment files and candidate records are organized, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment.
Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines.
Ability to analyze data.
Ability to conduct interviews and reference checks, and work effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task office atmosphere. Maintain confidentiality of all reports and salary information.
Additional Details:
Work hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
