Recruiter (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)

One of my clients is looking for an entry to mid-level recruiter to hire field personnel, skilled trades, foremen, project managers, estimators, and office staff supporting civil and restoration construction projects.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering health insurance, a 401(k), PTO, and the chance to help shape the company's recruiting efforts from the inside.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
• Civil construction recruiting experience is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
