We are seeking a Recruiter and Staffing Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Baltimore, Maryland. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan''s Purse are to help people in Jesus'' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
In the role of Recruiter and Staffing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:
Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
Manage full-cycle hiring and onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for all candidates. This includes interviews, offer presentations, and reviewing new hire documents with integrity and care
Lead and train Seasonal Human Resources Associates throughout Operation Christmas Child, helping them grow in their roles while maintaining consistent and high-quality support
Develop strong, strategic pipelines of qualified candidates through active sourcing and CRM updates, as well as organize off-site recruiting events and maintain data accuracy for all applicants
Build effective, collaborative relationships across the ministry. This involves intake meetings, coordination around hiring decisions, and consistent engagement with teams and hiring sectors
Support all aspects of HR operations, including compensation, compliance, performance, and HR policies
Other duties as assigned
What are the qualifications?

As a qualified candidate, you will have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor''s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.
One (1) to three (3) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Effective presentation skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, an opportunity to meet and complete the requirement is available upon hire
