We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Recruiter to join our Alexandria office. If you enjoy building relationships, delivering great customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Interview, recruit, and onboard candidates
- Communicate daily with clients and applicants
- Match candidates to open roles
- Manage hiring and onboarding paperwork
- Support sales efforts and help grow client accounts
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High School Diploma required; some college preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service is a plus
