QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST SPEAK Spanish/Portuguese
- MUST HAVE CITY/STATE ON RESUME AND LANGUAGE PROCIFICENCY
- **HYBRID POSITION** REMOTE BUT MUST REPORT TO 1 of 4 LOCATIONS 2 TIMES PER MONTH:

- MUST HAVE RECRUITING EXPERIENCE USING WORKDAY
Education & Licensing:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of staffing experience including years as a direct recruiter in a high volume, difficult-to-source industry required. Insurance industry recruiting experience is preferred. Experience with WORKDAY.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
