Job Description:
- Looking for a recruiter to support high-volume hiring in the manufacturing and light industrial sector.
Responsibilities:- Support all day-to-day recruitment activity on numerous requisitions including: strategy discussions, sourcing, screening, digital interview review and offers
- Source talent through active and passive methods, including events, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
- Review and disposition high volume of candidates under limited timelines
- Schedule interviews and collect feedback, generating offers and completing onboardings as needed
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process, including outreach, screening, follow-up, interview coordination, and status updates
Requirements:- Recruiting experience within manufacturing and light industrial roles required
- Experience in managing full life cycle recruiting - working directly with hiring managers and sourcing talent (executive search, Boolean search or strategic sourcing)
- Fluency with modern sourcing tools and techniques
- At least 3-5 year experience required
- Bachelors is preferred but not a must
- proficiency in Microsoft applications
