What You'll Do

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play an important role in our day-to-day staffing operations and have the opportunity to grow into a full-cycle recruiting role.

• Recruit and interview candidates for a variety of job opportunities
• Conduct candidate outreach by phone, text, email, and in person
• Match qualified candidates with open positions
• Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Assist with sourcing and attracting top talent
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Help manage the daily needs of a busy staffing desk
• Develop your skills toward managing a full-cycle recruiting desk
