As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be the key driver in sourcing, screening, and onboarding quality candidates, ensuring the team is always staffed with talented professionals. You'll collaborate closely with Fleet Account Managers, Owner-Operator Recruiters, and internal teams to deliver a seamless hiring experience.

What You’ll Do
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
  • Sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for transportation and logistics roles, including drivers, dispatchers, and operations staff.
  • Managing full-cycle recruiting processes, including job postings, resume review, conducting interviews, background checks, and coordinating onboarding.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ensuring timely hires, and maintaining compliance with industry standards such as DOT regulations.
  • Utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms to build candidate pipelines, track hiring metrics, and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates, staffing agencies, and community partners to support ongoing hiring efforts and strategic workforce planning.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates, managers, and partners.
  • Comfort using computers and eagerness to learn new systems, including applicant tracking platforms, job boards, and Microsoft Office tools such as MS Office and MS Outlook.
  • An interest in the transportation and logistics industry, with a willingness to learn industry-specific hiring standards.
