Job Summary


Responsible for full-cycle recruitment and partial onboarding for internal and external candidates, primarily for entry- to mid-management roles in sales, accounting, finance, and IT. Manages requisition flow, candidate screening, and hiring processes in partnership with HR and hiring managers.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to enhance all phases of recruitment and onboarding.
  • Manage requisition flow and applicant screening, providing guidance to hiring managers and leadership.
  • Conduct intake and debrief meetings with hiring managers and maintain thorough documentation in ATS systems such as Dayforce and Greenhouse.
  • Collaborate with the broader recruitment team to monitor and manage full-cycle recruiting for all headquarters roles.
  • Summarize screening results and make candidate recommendations;prepare complete and accurate hiring packets for timely approval.
  • Create offer letters, collect candidate acceptances, process background checks, and schedule drug screenings.
  • Source a minimum of 25 candidates per day using databases, social media, and other channels;recommend recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter extensively to attract top talent.
  • Post jobs, source, screen, and interview candidates (virtual and in-person) for hiring managers.
  • Manage a workload of approximately 25 30 requisitions at a time, often with multiple openings for the same role.
  • Provide weekly or biweekly status updates to hiring managers on their open positions.
  • Prepare and deliver ad hoc recruitment reports as needed.

Requirements
  • Intermediate PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience monitoring recruitment metrics and process efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (e.G., Dayforce, Greenhouse).
  • Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing techniques.
