How will you make an impact?
As a Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring the talent needed to support Client’s business priorities. You will own full life cycle recruitment for assigned roles, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, HR partners, and business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and deliver a strong candidate and stakeholder experience.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who can move quickly in a high-volume environment while operating as a consultative talent advisor. You will bring market insight, recruiting expertise, sound judgment, and data-driven recommendations to help influence hiring decisions, improve recruiting outcomes, and support the business in securing top talent.
What will you do?
•Serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders by leveraging workforce planning, market intelligence, and recruiting analytics to develop proactive hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
•Drive a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience by proactively managing stakeholder communications and continuously improving the full hiring journey.
•Influence hiring decisions through data, market insights, and consultative partnership, effectively aligning diverse stakeholders and challenging assumptions to achieve optimal talent outcomes.
•Leverage metrics, pipeline analytics, and performance data to identify trends, predict hiring risks, and recommend strategic solutions that improve quality of hire, time-to-fill, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
•Lead full life cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing strategy development, candidate screening, interviews, debriefs, offer approvals, and offer extension.
•Build and maintain qualified, diverse candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing strategies and proactive talent engagement.
•Assess candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and present well-qualified candidates to Hiring Managers and HR partners.
•Advise Hiring Managers on job requirements, interview approach, candidate evaluation, compensation considerations, and market availability.
•Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, and activity data in the applicant tracking system.
•Manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining urgency, attention to detail, and follow-through.
•Participate in recruiting projects, process improvement initiatives, and other talent acquisition activities as needed.
How will you get here?
Education
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred;or equivalent professional experience.
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
•Minimum of 1+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience required;3+ years preferred.
•Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
•Experience recruiting within a CRO (Contract Research Organization) or Clinical Research environment.
•Demonstrated success using direct sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
•Experience developing sourcing strategies and targeted pipelines for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
•Experience using an Applicant Tracking System required;Workday or similar ATS experience preferred.
•Experience recruiting for geographically dispersed teams and remote locations preferred.

•Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
•Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly connected to stakeholders and team members.
•Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
•Strong customer-service mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required.
•Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques preferred.
•Creative, proactive approach to problem solving and improving recruiting outcomes.
