What You’ll Do:
Plan and lead recreational therapy activities including art, music, movement, games, and community outings
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and interests
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health teams to support recovery goals
Create a positive, therapeutic environment that encourages healing and empowerment
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience in recreational therapy, art, music, dance, drama, or related therapeutic programs preferred
BLS and CPI/TEAM certification required
Strong communication and patient engagement skills
