The Lake Mills Community Recreation Department (Lake Mills Area School District) seeks a Recreation Supervisor to oversee community-wide recreational activities. This role includes planning, implementing, and supervising various programs, including sports, enrichment, youth programs, and special events. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft, Google, and other web-based platforms used for communicating with coaches, staff, and participants. The District serves 1,472 students from the City of Lake Mills and the surrounding area in three schools: Lake Mills Elementary School, Middle School, and High School. Lake Mills Area School District is the highest achieving school district in Jefferson County and has strong academic curricular programs at all levels, as well as excellent music, athletic, drama, and extracurricular programs.
