Supports and coordinates with multiple supervisors with various aspects of the department's administration duties along with working programs and special events. Full job description is attached.
Qualifications: This position requires one to two years of Administration, Parks and Recreation or closely related field. Intermediate level written and verbal communication in the English language is required as well as intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. A high level of sensitivity to confidential information and the ability to interact harmoniously with staff, management, and customers.
Education: High school diploma (or equivalent)
Availability: We are seeking applicants to work weekdays approximately 29 hours per week. Evening and weekend hours are to be expected based on the needs of the programs and events.
