What we are looking for:
Someone who has a desire to help others by providing exceptional customer service to our guests and takes pride in your work. We also want you to enjoy being part of a team with other hardworking, down-to-earth professionals.
What you will do:
- Exceptional customer service to the guests of the Hotel
- Welcome guests to pool area, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly to their requests
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
- Complete sanitation procedure for all seating in between guests and assist in arranging seating areas in compliance with social distancing
- Maintain complete knowledge at all times of hotel features/services, hours of operation and recreation pricing.
- Socialize and interact with guests whenever possible
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
What we require of you:
- High energy, exceptional customer service and ability to work as a team
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to read instructions on a computer app.
- Commitment to work 40 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to repetitively stand, walk, bend, kneel, and ascend and descend stairs and lift over 50 pounds
- Ability to swim
- Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
