Summary

As a Recreation Attendant, you will play a key role in creating exciting and engaging experiences for our guests. From leading activities and hosting games to promoting resort events, you'll help make every guest's stay unforgettable. If you're energetic, outgoing, and enjoy interacting with people of all ages, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your creativity and hospitality skills in a dynamic resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and facilitate daily recreational activities and special events for guests.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner to encourage participation.
• Promote resort activities, amenities, and scheduled events throughout the property.
• Set up, maintain, and clean activity areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of guests by following established procedures and guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address guest questions and concerns.
• Assist with seasonal programs, holiday events, poolside activities, and family-focused entertainment.
• Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, entertainment, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking in front of groups.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to stand, walk, and participate in recreational activities for extended periods.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
