    Contract Details (Contract roles only):
    • Position Type: Contract
    • Contract Duration: 3 months
    • Start: As Soon As Possible
    • Pay Rate: $25/hr
    • Shift: Sun–Thurs 11:30pm–8:00am, 32 hours/week
    Job Summary:
    The Recovery Specialist provides medical and emotional support to clients during a critical stage of the recovery process. This role focuses on maintaining a safe and structured environment while supporting individuals with substance use challenges through case management and group treatment services.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure safety and structure of the program by monitoring client activities
    • Observe and supervise clients; conduct 30-minute well-being checks
    • Conduct telephone admission screenings and assist with admissions processes
    • Search client belongings upon admission, discharge, or as directed
    • Complete checklists, documentation, and records in accordance with policies
    • Support case management and group treatment services
    • Assist clients in accessing step-down levels of care
    Required Experience:
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Ability to support individuals with substance use recovery needs
    • Strong observational and documentation skills
    • Ability to maintain structure and safety in a clinical environment
    Nice-to-Have Experience:
    • Experience working with substance use populations
    • Valid MA Driver’s License in good standing
