No RA experience? No problem — we provide paid training and on-the-job support to help you succeed. Vehicle towing experience is a plus but we will consider candidates with equivalent experience driving commercial vehicles or heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a tow truck to recover and transport vehicles
- Load, secure, and unload vehicles using proper equipment
- Perform basic automotive tasks (e.g., jump-starts, tire changes)
- Maintain accurate records of each recovery
- Communicate with dispatch and team members to coordinate assignments
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Provide professional and respectful service during recoveries
Qualifications
- Must pass a California BSIS background check to obtain a repossession license
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Strong driving skills and ability to maneuver in tight spaces
- Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
- Physically able to lift heavy objects and perform demanding tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
