    Our portfolio includes single-family homes, senior housing, affordable communities, apartment complexes, condominiums, and office spaces.

    We are looking for a reliable and organized Records Specialist to help maintain, update, and organize company records and documents. This is an easy-to-learn position that is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working with basic computer programs.
    Training may be provided, and the role primarily involves routine administrative and data-entry tasks.


    Responsibilities

    • Enter and update information in company databases and spreadsheets.
    • Organize and maintain electronic records and documents.
    • Review records for missing or incorrect information.
    • Scan, upload, rename, and file digital documents.
    • Keep records accurate, organized, and up to date.
    • Retrieve documents when requested by team members.
    • Follow company procedures for handling confidential information.
    • Communicate with supervisors or team members when information needs clarification.
    • Complete routine administrative tasks as assigned.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Basic computer and internet skills.
    • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online document systems.
    • Good attention to detail.
    • Ability to stay organized and manage repetitive tasks.
    • Ability to work independently from home.
    • Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
    • Good written communication skills.
    • Previous records, administrative, or data-entry experience is helpful but may not be required.
